The Formula is a private membership community for supplement brand founders, operated by CJK Sourcing. You can reach us at sourcing@cjksourcing.com.

• Details you give us when you apply or book a call: your name, email address, and anything you tell us about your brand.
• Basic technical information collected automatically: your device type, browser, and pages viewed on this site.
• Advertising and analytics data from cookies, but only if you accept cookies in the banner.

How we use it

• To review your application and arrange your interview call.
• To run and improve the community and this website.
• To send you information about your membership.
• To measure how our advertising performs, where you have consented.

Cookies and tracking

We use a small number of cookies to keep the site working. With your consent we also load the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which helps us understand which adverts bring people here. You can decline in the cookie banner, and nothing beyond the essentials will load. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser and choosing again.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the services that make this work: our booking provider (Calendly), our community platform (Circle), our payment provider, and Meta where you have consented to advertising cookies. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

We keep application and membership records for as long as you are a member and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and legal reasons.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email sourcing@cjksourcing.com and we will respond within 30 days.
