Terms of Membership

Joining

Membership of The Formula is by application. We review every application and may decline one without giving a reason - the community is kept small on purpose.

What membership includes

Access to the private community, its discussion boards, the live sessions listed on the site, and the recordings archive, for as long as your membership is active. We may add, change or retire individual sessions and boards as the community develops.

Payment and cancellation

• Membership costs £97 per month and renews automatically each month.
• You can cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the paid month.
• Part-months are not refunded.
• We will give notice before any change to the price of your membership.

How we expect members to behave

• Treat other members and coaches with respect.
• Do not share, resell or republish material from inside the community.
• Do not use the community to spam or recruit members for other offers.
• We may remove a member who breaks these rules, without a refund.

Advice, not guarantees

Everything shared inside The Formula - including coaching, formulation, compliance, marketing and sourcing guidance - is information and opinion, not professional legal, medical, financial or regulatory advice. Results shared by members are their own experience and are not a promise of what you will achieve. You are responsible for your own business decisions and for meeting the regulations that apply to your products and market.

Your content

You keep ownership of anything you post. By posting, you allow us to display it inside the community to other members.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing your membership after an update means you accept the updated terms.
